At Careers By Design, my coaching philosophy is rooted in a holistic, empathetic and future-focused approach. I believe your career is an integral part of your life (you will spend around 90,000 hours at work in your lifetime!), not separate from it and that with support you can explore your reality and use design-thinking to create new possibilities. This involves creative ideation, prototyping and testing the possibilities. The length (and career coaching cost) varies based on your needs. I offer packages of 3, 6, or 10 sessions. Tailored packages for individuals & teams are also available. We can determine the best fit for you during our initial consultation. I recommend having your sessions around 3-4 weeks apart but can adapt this to your preferences.
